What happens after you book:

You’ll receive a pre-call questionnaire to share your attraction and activity interests, dates, priorities and travel style. I review this before we meet so our time is focused and relevant.

We then meet on Zoom for 30 minutes.

Think of this as a planning strategy session, not a done-for-you service.

A live, personalised planning session where I help you:

• sanity-check your ideas and priorities
• understand where to stay and which areas make sense
• structure your days in a realistic way (how much time you should plan for the attractions you want to see and on what days/order to see them)
• decide what’s worth booking in advance
• avoid common first-time visitor mistakes

This is a strategy and Q&A session only. 

Important to know:

This consultation focuses on high-level structure and planning. It does not include step-by-step transport instructions or restaurant recommendations. However, airport transfer guidance can be included.
